Duke and Linda Delcher are a husband-and-wife team with more than 40 years of combined real estate experience, along with a national and international sphere of influence that includes a network in the Midwest, the Northeast and Canada. Duke Delcher

Duke was born and raised in suburban Philadelphia. During his childhood he developed a fondness for golf which he still has today. He began his real estate career in Southern New Jersey in 1985 and literally learned the business from the ground up. Duke quickly discovered that the real estate business was about people and being of service to them, both of which are very important to him. After establishing a very successful real estate brokerage business in New Jersey, he was approached by the Belfair Development group to join their sales team in launching the community. He felt this was an opportunity of a lifetime and relocated to the Low Country. The development aspect of the business eventually took Duke to Berkeley Hall, Hampton Hall and Hampton Lake. It was an outstanding opportunity to be involved in the development of some of the finest communities the Low Country offers. Several years ago he made the decision to go back into the general brokerage world once again. This allows him to work daily with his clients and customers to service their real estate needs throughout the area. Having his wife Linda as his business partner has allowed them to create a business built completely around unparalleled real estate knowledge and service. In addition to Duke’s real estate career, he is an avid sports fan (football, horse racing and golf). He also enjoys giving back to the community as a member of the Heritage Foundation Board of Trustees as well as co-founder of the Player’s Amateur Golf tournament. Linda Delcher

Linda was born in England, raised in Toronto, Canada and now finds herself enjoying life in beautiful South Carolina. While in Canada, Linda had a very successful career in business management for two major medical facilities. Both of these companies allowed her the opportunity to enhance her experience by providing an avenue of Sales and Marketing. Linda also held a Canadian real estate license that allowed her to become knowledgeable in buying and selling property not only for herself but to assist select clients. Once Linda relocated to the Lowcountry and after working for a local, award-winning custom home builder, it became apparent that joining her husband Duke, in the real estate brokerage business and forming Delcher & Delcher would be the perfect fit to allow her to utilize her sales, marketing and management skills. Linda plays a key role not only a real estate agent but also as a certified interior designer/decorator. Linda helps her clients maximize the beauty of their homes for potential buyers. Linda and Duke’s commitment to their clients and customers to provide knowledgeable, timely and responsible customer service is second to none and they pride themselves on continually striving to meet the needs of today’s buyers and sellers.

Steve Petro

Steve Petro was born, raised and schooled in New England. Upon graduation from college, Steve served in the U.S Army from 1969-1971. Upon separation from the military, Steve married is wife JoAnne and relocated to Atlanta where he began his real estate career accepting a position with a southeastern land developer. During his tenure, he was involved in selling and leasing residential and commercial properties. Steve then moved on to Tampa where he began working for a national insurance company as Senior Property Manager, managing 4000+ rental apartments throughout the State of Florida. Steve and his family were first introduced to the Low Country in 1981 when he accepted the position of General Manager with Moss Creek Plantation. Over the years, Steve held positions of Broker In Charge, Director of Sales and Sales Manager with builders and brokerage companies in the Hilton Head, Beaufort, and Savannah markets. Steve holds an active broker license in South Carolina, Georgia, and Florida as well as the designation of Certified Property Manager, granted through The Institute of Real Estate Management. Steve is also a Certified Real Estate Instructor with the South Carolina Real Estate Commission, conducting classes through the state.Steve and JoAnne have been married for forty-four years and have five grown children.
